The Oil for the Lamps
27:20And you, you shall command the sons of Israel, that they bring to you pure beaten olive oil for the light, to cause a lamp to ascend continually.
21In the tent of appointed time (mo-ed), outside the veil which is upon the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall arrange it from evening until morning before the LORD; an everlasting statute for their generations from the sons of Israel.
Garments for the Priests
28:1And you, bring near to you Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, from the midst of the sons of Israel, to act as priest to me: Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron. 2And you shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty.
3And you, you shall speak to all the wise of heart, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they make the garments of Aaron to sanctify him, to act as priest to me. 4And these are the garments which they shall make: a breastpiece and an ephod and a robe and a tunic of checkerwork, a turban and a sash; and they shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother and for his sons, to act as priest to me. 5And they, they shall take the gold, and the blue, and the purple, and the scarlet, and the fine linen.
The Ephod
6And they shall make the ephod of gold, blue and purple, scarlet and fine twined linen, the work of a skilled designer. 7Two shoulder-pieces joined shall it have at its two ends, and it shall be joined together. 8And the band of its ephod which is upon it, like its work, from it shall it be: of gold, blue and purple and scarlet and fine twined linen.
9And you shall take two stones of onyx, and engrave upon them the names of the sons of Israel. 10Six of their names upon the one stone, and the names of the six that remain upon the second stone, according to their births. 11The work of a craftsman in stone, engravings of a signet, you shall engrave the two stones according to the names of the sons of Israel; enclosed in settings of gold you shall make them. 12And you shall put the two stones upon the shoulder-pieces of the ephod, stones of memorial for the sons of Israel; and Aaron shall bear their names before the LORD upon his two shoulders for a memorial.

28:13And you shall make settings of gold. 14And two chains of pure gold, twisted at the ends you shall make them, the work of cord; and you shall put the cord chains upon the settings.
The Breastpiece
15And you shall make a breastpiece of judgment, the work of a skilled designer; like the work of the ephod you shall make it: of gold, blue and purple and scarlet and fine twined linen you shall make it. 16Foursquare shall it be, doubled; a span its length, and a span its breadth.
17And you shall fill in it a filling of stone, four rows of stone: a row of carnelian, topaz, and emerald, the one row.
18And the second row: turquoise, sapphire, and diamond.
19And the third row: jacinth, agate, and amethyst.
20And the fourth row: beryl, and onyx, and jasper; enclosed in gold shall they be in their settings. 21And the stones shall be according to the names of the sons of Israel, twelve, according to their names; engravings of a signet, each man according to his name, they shall be for the twelve tribes.
22And you shall make upon the breastpiece twisted chains, the work of cord, of pure gold. 23And you shall make upon the breastpiece two rings of gold, and you shall put the two rings upon the two ends of the breastpiece. 24And you shall put the two cords of gold upon the two rings at the ends of the breastpiece. 25And the two ends of the two cords you shall put upon the two settings, and you shall put them upon the shoulder-pieces of the ephod toward the front of it.
26And you shall make two rings of gold, and you shall put them upon the two ends of the breastpiece, upon its edge which is toward the side of the ephod inward.
27And you shall make two rings of gold, and you shall put them upon the two shoulder-pieces of the ephod from beneath, toward the front of it, close by its coupling, above the band of the ephod. 28And they shall bind the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a cord of blue, that it may be upon the band of the ephod, and the breastpiece shall not be loosed from upon the ephod.
29And Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel in the breastpiece of judgment upon his heart, when he goes in to the holy place, for a memorial before the LORD continually.
30And you shall put in the breastpiece of judgment the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be upon the heart of Aaron when he goes in before the LORD; and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the sons of Israel upon his heart before the LORD continually.

Additional Priestly Garments
28:31And you shall make the robe of the ephod entirely of blue. 32And the opening of its head shall be in its midst; a border shall be for its opening round about, the work of a weaver; like the opening of a coat of mail shall it be for it, that it not be torn.
33And upon its skirts you shall make pomegranates of blue and purple and scarlet, upon its skirts round about; and bells of gold between them round about. 34A bell of gold and a pomegranate, a bell of gold and a pomegranate, upon the skirts of the robe round about.
35And it shall be upon Aaron to minister; and its sound shall be heard when he goes in to the holy place before the LORD, and when he comes out, that he die not.
36And you shall make a plate of pure gold, and engrave upon it engravings of a signet: HOLY TO the LORD.
37And you shall put it upon a cord of blue, and it shall be upon the turban; toward the front of the turban it shall be. 38And it shall be upon the forehead of Aaron, and Aaron shall bear the iniquity of the holy things which the sons of Israel sanctify for all their holy gifts; and it shall be upon his forehead continually for acceptance for them before the LORD.
39And you shall weave the tunic of fine linen, and you shall make a turban of fine linen, and a sash you shall make, the work of an embroiderer. 40And for the sons of Aaron you shall make tunics, and you shall make for them sashes, and headdresses you shall make for them, for glory and for beauty.
41And you shall clothe with them Aaron your brother and his sons with him; and you shall anoint them, and fill their hand, and sanctify them, that they may act as priest to me.
42And make for them breeches of linen to cover the flesh of nakedness; from the loins even to the thighs shall they be. 43And they shall be upon Aaron and upon his sons when they go in to the tent of appointed time (mo-ed), or when they draw near to the altar to minister in the holy place, that they bear not iniquity and die; an everlasting statute for him and for his seed after him.

Consecration of the Priests
29:1And this is the thing that you shall do to them to consecrate them to act as priest to Me: take one bull, a son of the herd, and two rams without blemish, 2and unleavened bread, and unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil; of fine flour of wheat you shall make them. 3And you shall put them upon one basket, and bring them near in the basket, and the bull and the two rams.
4And Aaron and his sons you shall bring near to the opening of the tent of appointed time (mo-ed), and you shall wash them with the water. 5And you shall take the garments, and clothe Aaron with the tunic, and the robe of the ephod, and the ephod, and the breastplate, and gird him with the band of the ephod. 6And you shall set the turban upon his head, and put the holy crown upon the turban. 7And you shall take the oil of the anointing, and pour it upon his head, and anoint him.
8And his sons you shall bring near, and clothe them with tunics. 9And you shall gird them with sashes, Aaron and his sons, and bind on them headdresses; and the priesthood shall be theirs for a statute of forever. And you shall fill the hand of Aaron and the hand of his sons.
The Order of the Sacrifices
10And you shall bring near the bull before the tent of appointed time (mo-ed); and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the bull. 11And you shall slaughter the bull before the LORD, at the opening of the tent of appointed time (mo-ed). 12And you shall take from the blood of the bull, and put it upon the horns of the altar with your finger; and all the blood you shall pour out at the base of the altar. 13And you shall take all the fat that covers the inwards, and the lobe upon the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and you shall make them smoke upon the altar. 14And the flesh of the bull, and its skin, and its dung, you shall burn with fire outside the camp; it is a sin offering.
15And the one ram you shall take; and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the ram. 16And you shall slaughter the ram, and take its blood, and dash it upon the altar round about. 17And the ram you shall cut into its pieces, and wash its inwards and its legs, and put them with its pieces and with its head. 18And you shall make the whole ram smoke upon the altar; it is a burnt offering to the LORD; it is a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the LORD.

29:19And you shall take the second ram; and Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands upon the head of the ram. 20And you shall slaughter the ram, and take from its blood, and put it upon the tip of the ear of Aaron, and upon the tip of the right ear of his sons, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the big toe of their right foot, and you shall dash the blood upon the altar round about. 21And you shall take from the blood that is upon the altar, and from the oil of the anointing, and sprinkle it upon Aaron and upon his garments, and upon his sons and upon the garments of his sons with him; and he shall be made holy, and his garments, and his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.
22And you shall take from the ram the fat, and the fat tail, and the fat that covers the inwards, and the lobe of the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and the right thigh; for it is a ram of consecration; 23and one loaf of bread, and one cake of bread of oil, and one wafer, from the basket of the unleavened bread that is before the LORD. 24And you shall put the whole upon the palms of Aaron and upon the palms of his sons; and you shall wave them as a wave offering before the LORD. 25And you shall take them from their hand, and make them smoke upon the altar upon the burnt offering, for a soothing aroma before the LORD; it is an offering by fire to the LORD.
26And you shall take the breast from the ram of consecration which is Aaron's, and wave it as a wave offering before the LORD; and it shall be your portion. 27And you shall sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the thigh of the contribution, which was waved and which was lifted up, from the ram of consecration, from that which is Aaron's and from that which is his sons'; 28And it shall be for Aaron and for his sons for a statute of forever from the sons of Israel; for it is a contribution, and it shall be a contribution from the sons of Israel, from the sacrifices of their peace offerings, their contribution to the LORD.
29And the holy garments which are Aaron's shall be for his sons after him, to be anointed in them, and to fill their hand in them. 30Seven days the priest in his place from his sons shall put them on, who comes to the tent of appointed time (mo-ed) to minister in the holy place.
Food for the Priests
31And the ram of consecration you shall take, and boil its flesh in a holy place. 32And Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, at the opening of the tent of appointed time (mo-ed). 33And they shall eat those things by which atonement was made, to fill their hand, to consecrate them; but a stranger shall not eat, because they are holy. 34And if any of the flesh of the consecration, or of the bread, remains until the morning, then you shall burn the remainder with fire; it shall not be eaten, because it is holy.
35And you shall do thus to Aaron and to his sons, according to all that I have commanded you; seven days you shall fill their hand. 36And a bull of sin offering you shall make for the day, for the atonement; and you shall purify the altar when you make atonement upon it, and you shall anoint it, to consecrate it. 37Seven days you shall make atonement upon the altar, and consecrate it; and the altar shall be holy of holies; whatever touches the altar shall become holy.

The Daily Offerings
29:38And this is what you shall offer upon the altar: two lambs, sons of a year, for the day continually. 39The one lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the second lamb you shall offer between the evenings. 40And a tenth of fine flour mingled with a quarter of a hin of beaten oil; and a drink offering, a fourth of a hin of wine, for the one lamb. 41And the second lamb you shall offer between the evenings; like the grain offering of the morning and like its drink offering you shall offer for it, for a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the LORD.
42A continual burnt offering throughout your generations, at the opening of the tent of appointed time (mo-ed) before the LORD, where I will meet with you, to speak there to you. 43And there I will meet with the sons of Israel, and it shall be sanctified by My glory. 44And I will consecrate the tent of appointed time (mo-ed) and the altar; and Aaron and his sons I will consecrate, to act as priest to Me.
God Will Dwell among the People
45And I will dwell in the midst of the sons of Israel, and I will be to them for God. 46And they shall know that I am the LORD their God, who brought them out from the land of Egypt, to dwell in their midst; I am the LORD their God.

The Altar of Incense
30:1And you shall make an altar, a place to burn incense; of wood of acacia you shall make it. 2A cubit its length, and a cubit its breadth — foursquare it shall be — and two cubits its height; from it shall be its horns. 3And you shall overlay it with pure gold, its roof and its walls round about, and its horns; and you shall make for it a border of gold round about. 4And two rings of gold you shall make for it under its border, upon its two ribs; upon its two sides you shall make them; and they shall be for places for the poles, to carry it with them. 5And you shall make the poles of wood of acacia, and overlay them with gold.
6And you shall put it before the veil that is by the ark of the testimony, before the ark-cover that is over the testimony, where I will meet with you. 7And Aaron shall make incense of spices smoke upon it; morning by morning, when he tends the lamps, he shall make it smoke. 8And when Aaron causes the lamps to go up between the evenings, he shall make it smoke; a continual incense before the LORD throughout your generations. 9You shall not offer up upon it strange incense, or burnt offering or grain offering; and you shall not pour a drink offering upon it.
10And Aaron shall make atonement upon its horns once in the year; from the blood of the sin offering of the atonement once in the year he shall make atonement upon it throughout your generations; it is holy of holies to the LORD.

43:10You, son of man, declare to the house of Israel the house, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the plan. 11And if they are ashamed of all that they have done, make known to them the form of the house and its arrangement, and its goings out, and its comings in, and all its forms, and all its statutes, and all its forms, and all its Torah, and write it before their eyes; that they may keep all its form and all its statutes, and do them.
12This is the Torah of the house: upon the head of the mountain, all its border round about, round about, is holy of holies; behold, this is the Torah of the house.
The Altar of Sacrifice
13And these are the measures of the altar by cubits — the cubit is a cubit and a handbreadth: the base, a cubit, and the breadth, a cubit, and its border by its edge round about, one span; and this is the back of the altar. 14And from the base on the ground to the lower ledge, two cubits, and breadth, one cubit; and from the lesser ledge to the greater ledge, four cubits, and breadth, the cubit.
15And the hearth, four cubits; and from the hearth and upward, the four horns. 16And the hearth, twelve cubits length by twelve breadth, square at its four sides. 17And the ledge, fourteen cubits length by fourteen breadth at its four sides; and the border around it, half a cubit; and the base to it, a cubit round about; and its steps facing the east.
18And he said to me: "Son of man, thus says the Lord GOD: These are the statutes of the altar in the day it is made, to offer up upon it a burnt offering and to dash blood upon it. 19And you shall give to the priests, the Levites, who are of the seed of Zadok, who are near to me, declares the Lord GOD, to minister to me, a young bull, a son of the herd, for a sin offering. 20And you shall take of its blood and put it upon the four horns of it, and upon the four corners of the ledge, and upon the border round about; and you shall purify it and make atonement for it. 21And you shall take the bull of the sin offering, and he shall burn it in the appointed place of the house, outside the sanctuary.
22And on the second day you shall offer a male goat of the goats, without blemish, for a sin offering; and they shall purify the altar as they purified it with the bull. 23When you finish purifying, you shall offer a young bull, a son of the herd, without blemish, and a ram from the flock, without blemish. 24And you shall present them before the LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them up, a burnt offering to the LORD.
25Seven days you shall make a goat for a sin offering for the day; and a young bull, a son of the herd, and a ram from the flock, without blemish, they shall make. 26Seven days they shall make atonement for the altar and cleanse it; and they shall fill its hands. 27And they shall finish the days; and it shall be on the eighth day and onward, the priests shall make upon the altar your burnt offerings and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, declares the Lord GOD."

2:4As you come to Him — a living stone rejected by men but in God's sight chosen and precious — 5you yourselves, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Yeshua Messiah. 6For it stands in the scripture: "Behold, I am laying in Zion a cornerstone chosen and precious, and whoever believes in Him will not be put to shame."
7So the honor is for you who believe, but for those who do not believe: "The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,"
8and "a stone of stumbling, and a rock of stumbling block"; they stumble because they disobey the word, as they were destined to do.
9But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for His own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 10Once you were not a people, but now you are God's people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
